a 19" rack mounted vacuum system controller with full embedded PC control for integration into customer applications. Nano/Pico oem is an easy, complete solution for instruments with high vacuum chambers up to 100L in volume. Three standard versions but with other configurations available:

on ISO (Nano) or Conflat™(Pico) standard flanges
roughing pump supports most single phase mains pumps up to 10A, base pressure <10-1mbar
gauges supports most wide range active gauges (24Vdc input , 0-10Vdc output)

Chambers

Nano/Pico oem can also be supplied with chambers, either based on NanoSphere or PicoSphere upper chamber pairs (illustrated right) or to your specification.
